We stayed in a cozy hotel with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers. the location was superb, with a wide, flat path leading to the hiking trails. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with free snowshoe and pole rentals. the breakfast was a hearty, delicious meal with a range of cold and hot options. the rooms were adequately sized, and the beds were extremely comfortable. there were no tea or coffee services in the room.

Had a good mountain experience during our Easter vacation. The stunning view of the mountain range from the terrace was breathtaking. The food was also edible and pocket-friendly. The hotel was located quite far up in the mountains with no accessible road making it a perfect place for hikes and skiing. Additionally, there was the calm and quiet ambiance which made for a perfect relaxant.
The noise isolation was seriously lacking as we could hear every sound in the surroundings. The staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed aloof and barely gave personalized service except for the waitress who was always ready to serve with a smile. Their communication was also unsatisfactory as they never responded to our email inquiries which made it necessary for us to search for critical information on the hotel’s website.

Stunning views of the Alps and delicious food were the best aspects of my weekend in the mountains. the location is perfect for nature lovers as there are several hiking trails nearby. I also appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
The rooms were not up to par with the rest of the hotel. the ceiling was too low and the overall space was cramped.
